On September 7th – 8th 2022, SLATE arranged a transnational DALI project planning meeting in Bergen, inviting representatives from all their DALI partner universities. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the progress of the DALI project, and further plan its future.

The first day of the transnational partner meeting, September 7th, took place on Ulriken, a mountain with a panoramic view of the city of Bergen. When the participants had presented themselves and their research to the group, the focus turned to the current project activities, and the plans for what happens next. 

Attending the meeting were representatives from all the DALI partner universities. Senior Researcher Linda Castañeda and Research Fellow Inmaculada Haba Ortuño represented the Universidad de Murcia, Associate Professor Petros Lameras represented Coventry University, Lecturer and Researcher Gemma Tur represented the Universitatde les Illes Balears, and Research Associate Ruth Maloszek represented the Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg.

Representing SLATE and the University of Bergen, were professor and SLATE Director Barbara Wasson, the SLATE Head of Administration, Jorunn Viken, Researchers Fride Haram Klykken and Anja Salzmann, and Programmer/Developer Martin Heitmann. Also attending the meeting was SLATE’s intern from the University of Amsterdam and the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, Geerte Koster, and Ingvild Abildgaard Jansen, SLATE’s new Communication Officer.
